VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR SESSIONS
Without the assistance from our wonderful volunteers this event would not be possible.
If you have a spare three hours, you can help for a session!
…and you get to hear our up and coming amazingly talented children and young adults for free!
A brief summary of the duties is as follows:
Adjudicator’s Assistant No.1 – preparing report forms; handing the music to the adjudicator and confirming results. - If you are willing to learn this role - please let us know.
Adjudicator’s Assistant No. 2 - timing the performances and preparing the certificates. Also, this year, helping with Covid distancing pre sessions.
Check In - checking in the entrants music and collating it together to give to adjudicator assistant 2. Also, this year, helping with Covid distancing post sessions.
Door Keeper – checking that people have entry tickets; preventing people from entering the Hall during the items. Also, this year, keeping an eye on covid compliance.
Stage Manager – putting the numbers on the boards and helping competitors with any music stands or chairs that may be needed on stage. Also, this year, make sure entrants are being covid compliant.
All jobs are easy and the session manager will show you how.
